Chromatic Melt

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Chromatic Melt captures the fleeting patterns that form across the surface of a soap bubble as its colours begin to shift and dissolve. Through macro photography, vivid blues, yellows, greens and magentas appear to drip into a textured silver surface, creating the impression of colour physically melting through the image. The photograph explores movement, transformation and the temporary nature of colour. The contrast between the vibrant upper layers and the almost metallic tones below creates an abstract landscape that can resemble melting paint, flowing minerals or an unfamiliar terrain.

Blue Nebula

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

A small, almost unrecognisable subject becomes something much larger when seen this close. Surrounded by deep blues and violet tones, the translucent forms seem to float through darkness while tiny particles scatter around them like distant stars. What I like most about this image is the sense of scale it creates — it could be something microscopic, or a scene somewhere deep in space.

The Blue Planet

Photograph

120 x 60 cm

(47.24 x 23.62 in)

Blue Planet transforms the delicate surface of a soap bubble into a mysterious world suspended against darkness. Captured through macro photography, its intense shades of blue reveal flowing formations, crater-like details and organic patterns that resemble the surface of an unknown planet seen from space. The photograph plays with scale and perception, turning something fragile and momentary into a landscape that feels immense. The deep black surrounding the bubble isolates its luminous surface, inviting the viewer to explore its details and imagine a world beyond what is actually there.

Emerald Orbit

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Emerald Orbit explores the interaction between oil and water, transforming two familiar substances into an abstract world of colour, movement and depth. Photographed at close range, suspended oil droplets and fluid formations appear almost planetary, while luminous greens and turquoise tones create the impression of an unfamiliar landscape viewed from above. The photograph plays with scale and perception, revealing how simple materials can create unexpected structures when brought together. The contrast between rounded droplets and flowing forms invites the viewer to move between what is real and what the image might become in their imagination.

Cosmic Bubble

Photograph

120 x 60 cm

(47.24 x 23.62 in)

Cosmic Bubble transforms the fleeting surface of a soap bubble into what appears to be a distant world. Through macro photography, intense blues, golds, purples and oranges reveal intricate patterns normally invisible to the eye, while the surrounding darkness creates the illusion of a planet emerging from deep space. The photograph explores perspective and the unexpected beauty hidden within ordinary, temporary things, inviting the viewer to question whether they are looking at something microscopic or something vast and cosmic.

Liquid Fire

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Liquid Fire captures the constantly changing patterns that form across the surface of a soap bubble. Through macro photography, intense blues, turquoise, gold, orange and magenta merge into sweeping organic forms, creating the impression of heat and liquid moving together. The contrast between cool blues and fiery tones gives the composition a strong sense of energy and continuous motion. The photograph invites personal interpretation, with its flowing patterns resembling flames, currents or an abstract landscape. It reveals the extraordinary complexity and colour hidden within something as simple and temporary as a soap bubble.

Liquid Cosmos

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Liquid Cosmos transforms the interaction of oil and water into an imagined celestial scene. Through macro photography, suspended droplets become planet-like forms, reflecting intense yellow, turquoise and blue light while appearing to float between two luminous fields of colour. The surrounding fluid shapes create a sense of movement, as though these small worlds are forming within an unknown universe. The photograph explores scale, contrast and perception, revealing how ordinary materials can produce extraordinary structures when viewed from an unfamiliar perspective. The balance between vivid colour and deep black gives the composition a dramatic, almost otherworldly quality.

Gold & Blue

Photograph

120 x 60 cm

(47.24 x 23.62 in)

The Gold Planet transforms the fragile surface of a soap bubble into an imagined celestial world. Through macro photography, warm golden tones dominate the surface while an intricate formation of electric blue, violet and black emerges from within. Against the surrounding darkness, the curved edge of the bubble creates the impression of a distant planet partially illuminated in space. The meeting of warm gold and intense blue creates a dramatic focal point, inviting the viewer to discover a landscape that exists only for a fleeting moment.

Fluid Canyons

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Fluid Canyons explores the abstract landscapes that can emerge when liquids interact at a microscopic scale. Flowing layers of deep blue and turquoise form sweeping shapes reminiscent of rivers, valleys and canyons viewed from above, while suspended droplets introduce small points of detail across the composition. The image plays with fluidity, depth and scale, transforming a simple physical interaction into an imagined landscape. Its predominantly blue palette creates a calm, immersive quality, while the organic forms encourage each viewer to interpret the scene differently.

Hidden Geometry

Photograph

120 x 80 cm

(47.24 x 31.50 in)

Hidden Geometry reveals the intricate architecture of an Anthurium flower at a scale rarely noticed by the human eye. Through macro photography, the textured central structure becomes almost sculptural, its repeating patterns contrasting with the softer curves of the surrounding petals. Presented in monochrome, colour is removed to draw attention entirely to form, texture and the subtle complexity of the natural structure. The photograph invites the viewer to reconsider something familiar by focusing on details that are easily overlooked, revealing the quiet precision and geometry found within nature.

Into the Blue

Photograph

120 x 60 cm

(47.24 x 23.62 in)

The sleek, curved fins of these marine creatures sliced effortlessly through the water, their dark forms contrasting against the shimmering blue. The reflections and ripples added a dynamic texture to the composition, highlighting both movement and stillness in perfect harmony. Timing was key—waiting for the right break in the waves to frame them just right, balancing their graceful presence against the vast ocean expanse.

The Pincers

Photograph

120 x 60 cm

(47.24 x 23.62 in)

The Pincers reveals the striking details of a scorpion from an unfamiliar perspective. Through macro photography, its two pincers become imposing forms, their intense red tones emerging dramatically from the surrounding darkness. Fine textures, tiny hairs and reflections normally difficult to notice are brought into focus, transforming a small subject into something almost monumental. The composition plays with symmetry, tension and scale, with the opposing pincers creating the impression of a confrontation. The darkness isolates their shape and texture, giving the photograph a mysterious, almost alien quality.

Beach Bliss

Photograph

80 x 120 cm

(31.50 x 47.24 in)

Capturing the essence of a perfect beach day, this aerial shot highlights the striking contrast between the golden sands and the turquoise waters. The composition showcases the beach's tranquil environment, with palm trees providing shaded areas and beachgoers leisurely scattered along the shore. The clear demarcation between the shallow, inviting waters and the deeper blue of the ocean adds depth to the image, while the overall scene exudes a sense of relaxation and escape.

Into The Forest

Photograph

50 x 100 cm

(19.69 x 39.37 in)

Into the Forest captures the quiet depth and rhythm of a woodland, where tall trunks create natural vertical lines that draw the eye deeper into the scene. The photograph has been deliberately treated so that only the green and blue hues remain, while the surrounding colours are muted. This selective approach emphasises the living foliage and glimpses of sky against the almost monochromatic forest, creating a balance between reality and abstraction. The contrast of colour and muted tones gives the scene a mysterious, immersive atmosphere, inviting the viewer to follow the path and imagine stepping further into the forest.

Red Elegance
