The Awakening
World Colliding
- 120 x 80 cm
Worlds Colliding transforms the delicate surfaces of two soap bubbles into the impression of enormous celestial bodies suspended in darkness. Positioned opposite one another, the curved forms appear almost planetary, as though two distant worlds are approaching a moment of encounter. Across their surfaces, gold, amber and white tones meet intricate areas of electric blue, violet and black. The microscopic patterns resemble oceans, continents and turbulent atmospheric systems, while the deep black space separating the two bubbles strengthens the illusion of scale and distance. A small point of light between them adds to the cosmic atmosphere, suggesting a distant star caught between two approaching worlds. The photograph plays deliberately with perception and scale, turning something fragile and temporary into a scene that feels vast and otherworldly. Only on closer inspection does the extraordinary complexity of the soap bubbles begin to reveal itself.

The Awakening
- 80 x 120 cm
The Awakening captures an ethereal formation of light and colour emerging from a deep blue background. Through macro photography, delicate clouds of electric blue, turquoise and luminous white spread outward, creating the impression of a figure slowly rising from the darkness. Countless tiny particles surround the central shape, adding depth and giving the composition an almost weightless, dreamlike quality. The photograph evokes the image of an angel or spirit awakening and ascending towards an unseen destination. Its flowing shapes suggest movement, transformation and the beginning of something new, while the contrast between light and darkness adds a sense of mystery. The composition invites viewers to look beyond its abstract nature and discover their own interpretation of a moment that seems to exist somewhere between the physical and spiritual worlds.
